Roof Inspection
Protect Your Roof Before Problems Start – Licensed, Certified, and Committed to Preventative Care
Routine roof and attic inspections help prevent costly repairs, ensure your roof stays in top condition, and extend its lifespan. Our licensed and InterNACHI-certified inspectors follow Florida’s Standards of Practice to identify real issues before they become major problems.

What is a roof inspection and why you need it ?
A roof inspection is a thorough evaluation of your roofing system, performed by a licensed professional, to assess its condition, identify potential issues, and ensure that it is functioning properly. This inspection typically includes an examination of the roof’s surface materials, flashing, drainage systems, structural components, and even the attic space, which can reveal signs of moisture intrusion or inadequate ventilation.

In Florida, where heat, humidity, and severe weather are common, roof inspections are especially important. Damage from sun exposure, high winds, heavy rain, or fallen debris can go unnoticed until it leads to leaks, structural decay, or costly emergency repairs. A professional roof inspection helps detect these issues early, before they escalate into major problems.

For homeowners, roof inspections are a proactive way to extend the life of your roof, protect your home’s value, and maintain insurance eligibility. For buyers and sellers, an inspection ensures transparency and supports informed decision-making during the real estate process.

Whether you're preparing for hurricane season, buying a new property, or simply want peace of mind, an annual roof inspection is a smart, cost-effective step in protecting your investment.

A roof inspection report should not be used in place of a full home inspection which is more thorough and detailed in nature.
You will receive a thorough 40–80 page report with images after a full house inspection detailing the structure's state and functionality.
