Some common items NOT included in a standard home inspection are:

Environmental hazards (radon, molds, asbestos, etc) BUT we do offer separate services for many of these items.

Security systems, humidifiers, sprinkler systems, septic systems, water softeners, Smoke detectors, central van systems

Sewer lines and wells

Presence/absence of rodents/termites/insects/pests

Any systems that are not visible and/or accessible.
